Building a new way of life

The Pilgrims had not sought a new home in the wilderness to grow up with the country -- to reach a plateau of self-satisfaction or mature into a different people. Rather, they wanted to keep the country and themselves young forever. Rugged individualism and an idealism that called for the constant striving for perfection, to the mind of the Pilgrims, required a spartan discipline on the part of old and young alike. Done research papers are original, properly referenced, and edited for free.
Frontier people have always had an inordinate concern with vice. It would seem from their preoccupation that vice is more prevalent in the primitive society than in the more civilized and stable community. But actually vice is readily spotted in the newly established community, where everyone is intimately acquainted, and where it is considered a grave threat to the serious business of building a new way of life.
